Exchanging or Obtaining a Refund

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your SHIFT to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your SHIFT must be in the same condition that you received it, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@fluxwear.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: FluxWear,Inc., 191 W. 2nd St., Santa Ana, CA 92701 

Once your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. SHIFTs sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once you receive your shipping label, pack your SHIFT, charger, and USB cable in a secure package. Affix the return label to the outside of the package and return it to us. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@fluxwear.com. You can always contact us for any return question at support@fluxwear.com. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your SHIFT upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions/ non-returnable items

If we receive your SHIFT and the crown or controller has been opened, one or more of the internal electrical components are missing, or if there are indications that SHIFT was subject to reverse engineering, FluxWear reserves the right to deny your return request. If FluxWear determines the attempted return request is not valid or acceptable, we will inform you via email and we will return the non-returnable SHIFT to you at no cost.  

Exchanges


If you wish to exchange your SHIFT for a different size or color, please inform us at support@fluxwear.com.  We will generate a return label and, once we receive your SHIFT, we will send you a new SHIFT in your requested color and/or size. If we receive your SHIFT and the crown or controller has been opened, one or more of the internal electrical components are missing, or if there are indications that SHIFT was subject to reverse engineering, FluxWear reserves the right to deny your exchange request. If FluxWear determines the attempted exchange request is not valid or acceptable, we will inform you via email and we will return the non-exchangeable SHIFT to you at no cost.  

Please note: we allow only one return or exchange per original order.

This means you can either (1) return your original SHIFT once for a refund, or (2) exchange it once for a size or color change within the same price bracket. Pack your SHIFT, charger, and USB cable in a secure package. Affix the return label to the outside of the package and return it to us. 

Warranty Coverage

Up to 1 year from the date of purchase, FluxWear will repair, replace, or refund any damaged SHIFTs in cases where that damage is the result of a defect in our material or workmanship. If you’ve received a replacement SHIFT before the one-year mark is reached, your warranty will continue to be covered for the remainder of this same one-year period, or for 90 days after you received your replacement SHIFT—whichever is longer. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches, tears, stains, and dents caused by handling, or consumable parts, such as batteries. You can find more information about warranty coverage in our Terms of Use. All rechargeable batteries are consumables and have a limited lifespan, so their capacity and performance will gradually decline over time. This is why battery replacement is not included in our standard warranty policy. To start the warranty process, please submit a request to our team at support@fluxwear.com to start your warranty replacement. We kindly ask that you be as detailed as possible when describing your SHIFT issue, and attach any relevant pictures or videos. Close-up images of damaged areas, and a wider photo of the entire SHIFT that includes any physical damages, are helpful for our team to assist you as soon as possible.
